Breakage guarantee

While we hope you won’t have that experience, if you do find that an item is broken in transit after receiving your parcel, we will replace the damaged bottle free of charge as part of our breakage guarantee service. As breakage damage to wine is immediately visible on the package, please do not collect your package.
After 4 hours, please send us a message to logisztika@winehub.hu so that we can arrange to resend your package. In case of a breakage, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Please do not collect your parcel, but if you do, make sure you take a photo of the broken bottle first – preferably from several angles. Please make sure that the label and barcode of the product are visible in the photos for best identification.
  2. Please send us your breakage claim to logisztika@winehub.hu and attach the pictures.
  3. Once we receive your notification, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If your complaint is justified, the bottles will be sent to you free of charge.
